Season 2024/25 fines list released - But its not all take take!

Ansty Football Club have released their fines list for this upcoming season. But there are a few surprise additions available to those players on the Gold Membership. We have detailed the new list for the upcoming 2024/25 season below.

Fines

• Being late on match day: £5.00

• Not wearing an Ansty FC top on match day: £1.00

• Not bringing your shorts or socks: £1.00 per item

• Foul throw: £5.00 (each one)

• Yellow card: £15.00

• Red card: £30.00 - £55.00

All fines will be allocated through Teamer and the scoreboard will be kept up to date throughout the season, which you can find here www.anstyfc.com/goal-stats.

The club have also decided to go one step further to try and build incentives with a small bonus structure, which is available for all players on the gold membership. The structure will look something like this (subject to change).

Bonuses

• Getting player of the match: 50% off Match Fee

• Achieving player of the match in three games: £15.00 

• Scoring five goals: £10.00 (per 5 goals)

• Getting ten assists: £10.00 (per 10 assists)

Players have also had the chance to place bets on who they think will finish the season with the most goals, assists and fines.

We caught up with Steve Cross, who has bet on himself finishing top of both the goal scoring and assist charts. We asked, "How can you be so confident"?

His reply was straight to the point, although far from the point we were asking about. "What you need, is 300g of pork belly or pork shoulder minced, 225g of plain flour, a pinch of salt, 175g of unsalted butter and a few other key ingredients.. That will get you around 25 small to medium sausage rolls".
